The pandemic was a profoundly isolating time for many, separating people from their families and loved ones. “Moment of Eclipse” captures that fleeting, surreal moment of disappearance, both physical and emotional, symbolizing the sense of absence and longing experienced during that period.

In the editing process, I darkened the background to create a feeling of emptiness, evoking a space suspended in the void. The model’s posture, waiting, searching, reflects a quiet anticipation, while the use of light suggests the presence of a distant, almost divine force reaching out. The project is both intimate and metaphorical, exploring solitude through visual minimalism and emotional nuance.
